Please provide information on why you believe you have been a victim or fraud. Also, please provide any information you have or are aware of that potentially helps defend the alleged suspect against a fraud allegation. Essentially, provide APA all favorable and unfavorable information regarding your allegation of fraud concerning your claim (Per Brady v. Maryland (1963) 373 U. S. 83).
